I successfully finished my training as a nutritionist under Samuel Hanemann in Aarau CH in 2006.
My interest and my fascination for the mediterranean cuisine were enforced through my training. I learned the health values, which I met through aromatic fragrances and colours in the mediteranain cuisine.
The Mediterranean cuisine with it’s aromatic herbs, the colourful vegetable, the fruits, olive oil and red wine as well as fish and meat offers for all nutrition’s needs loads of healthy options, enjoyment and pleasure. All seasonal and fresh from the market cooked with loads of passion.
